Tenzin Wangmo is a Tibetan Buddhist nun, ordained in 2004, and a long-term volunteer, ongoing since childhood. As a volunteer she has worked mostly with children, deafblind persons, and the elderly and dying. She is a cofounder of a hospice and an interreligious group called Svetovni etos. Her yearning for the Dharma led her to university study, where she earned two diplomas and a PhD in Buddhism. Nevertheless, secular study left her even more thirsty for knowledge, so she packed her belongings and moved to Dharamsala, where she now studies Tibetan language and Buddhism.
